Hake's Auctions' Offering Hundreds Of CGC Books But Bidding Ends Soon

Bidding in the current Hake’s auction at Hakes.com closes this week, November 13-15. The auction includes hundreds of CGC-certified comic books as well as thousands of other items.

Some of the Golden Age comic book highlights in the auction are Flash Comics #1, which introduced the Golden Age Flash Jay Garrick as well as fellow Justice Society members Hawkman and Johnny Thunder. Modern fans need not worry as Hake’s is also offering a number of modern CGC Signature Series books, including a matched pair of Hulk #4 CGC 9.8, featuring joining covers that have both been signed Stan Lee, Ed McGuinness and The Incredible Hulk actor Lou Ferrigno.

Other highlights come from another extensive selection of over 200 pieces of original art from comic books, comic strips and more. Of the original art lots, spotlight pieces include –

The comic book and comic art section in Hake’s newest auction is joined by over 2,500 lots of Americana and pop culture collectibles, with over 200 movie posters, superhero toys of all eras, AFA-graded Star Wars and much more.
